Who we are

This website is run by Xynova Digital. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising code. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no third party sees your visit.

Like every web server, ours records standard request logs: IP address, time, page requested and browser type. We use them only to keep the site secure and working, and delete them on a rolling basis.

Enquiries

The contact form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details to reply and, if we work together, to run the project.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
